All Mediation Training is done by registered Certified Court Mediators. Training items: Conversation & negotiations techniques; Emotions; Conflict analysis; Strategies; Harvard methods; Court annexed mediation criteria, Capacities, Judgment
Arbitration Training also include Complaint proces; methods; Complaint Committee, Victim support, Psychology, Empathy & Evidence law, Policies. Of course we make arrangements according to your needs and comments. All trainers are certified for their specific expertise. Our training are known for interactivity and will concentrate on best practice. One trainer will monitor the complete training. Several different trainers can be invited to perform specific roles. According to the given feedback Empathy trainers have an inspiring way of presentation. The maximum number of attendees is 12. Training in English, Dutch, German, other language on request.
